Morisonics builds home AI appliances: one quiet box that gives your family a voice assistant, a photo library, a film collection, a private cloud and a smart home. Nobody chooses a language — one wake word, and the house hears which language you used and answers in it, in a voice you chose. It runs in your house, on your own disks: no subscription, no meter, and it keeps working when the internet doesn’t.

What your house learns to do

Speak your family's languages. Say it in Thai, Chinese or English — one wake word for everyone, no language to choose. The house hears which language you used, acts, and answers in it, in a natural voice that lives in the box. Grandparents and grandchildren, same room, same minute.

Keep every photo, forever, searchable. Phones back up automatically at home. Search "beach", "birthday", or a face — the AI finds it without a single photo leaving the house.

Run your own cinema. Your films and series, beautifully organised, streaming to every screen in the house — and with you when you travel.

Replace the cloud you rent. Files, sharing and sync on your own hardware. One box, bought once, in place of the photo plan, the file plan, the camera plan and the assistant subscription.

Quietly run the house. Lights, air conditioning, curtains, music and cameras working together — with the AI as the voice on top of the systems you already own, and small automations a family actually loves running underneath.

Take instructions for later. “Turn the aircon off in twenty minutes.” “Open the curtains at six.” Say it in any of three languages; the house confirms the exact time it scheduled, tells you what’s pending, and cancels by voice.

Check before it answers. The assistant never says “done” unless it is. Every command is verified against the house — if the music didn’t start or the curtain didn’t move, it tells you, plainly.

Tested like software, not like a gadget. Every change to the assistant is run against a regression suite of 170 spoken commands in all three languages — lights, aircon, curtains, music, schedules, questions — and scored before it reaches the house. What you get has numbers behind it.

Stay yours in a blackout. Pull the internet cable and ask for the lights, in Thai — it does it. Hearing, thinking and speaking all live in the box, so a storm that takes the fibre down takes nothing else.

Made for your family, not a market. Beyond the standard set, each box is tailored to the household — a morning digest of email and messages written by the on-box AI, cinema showtimes by voice, a health view for the wall tablet, a greeting by name at the door, a game server for the kids. Our ethos

Your data lives at home. Not on anyone else's servers — and not on ours. The voice assistant hears you locally, the photos stay on your disks, and anything you publish to the internet is served straight from your house. When your box needs care, we connect over a secure maintenance line that you can see — honest, visible support rather than a silent back door.

Owned, not rented. The box is yours, and the software is overwhelmingly open — the few commercial pieces are licensed to you, not rented month to month. If Morisonics vanished tomorrow, your house would keep working — we consider that a design requirement, not a risk.

Supported by a person. Every box is built, tested and supported personally, in Thailand, by an engineer whose own lab runs the same hardware, same software, same updates — always first, before any customer.

The name

Morisonics was my father's company — a British electronics firm whose parts, decades later, are still catalogued in government registries. The name sat quietly for a generation, waiting, as it turns out, for the family business to become about sound: sonics was hiding in it all along.

Second generation, new country, same idea — build electronics people can rely on, and stand behind them with your own name.
